My family moved out of state that year - In a way I never really became completely grounded. I never completed college and worked several machine shop jobs. I then worked in hotel banquets which provided some of the people contact that I had missed in years previous. If any of you ever feel isolated for any extensive time period, I recommend working in hotel banquets, either as a server or as a houseman / A/V tech. I'm scheduled to take early retirement very soon and might try to rekindle a barely existent int'l marriage from years ago. When I met her, she had a movie star beauty, but alas, she was happier in her country and I (somewhat) in mine. Currently I'm heavily focused on supporting 45's agenda, which means I can't communicate using normal channels. I hope we as a country survive our current situation. Hope you all are doing well.
