Seeking Musicians for Original Rock Band

I am a songwriter/composer, guitarist and singer. I have been playing solo and in bands for 25 years, and have been writing and playing my original music for the past 15 years. I am currently looking for musicians for my new rock band. I have a bass player, and am seeking a drummer, lead guitarist, and keyboards (synth, organ, piano). Ideally one of those three can also sing backing vocals. I am not looking for hired gun professional musicians. I want people who will consider this band their own, and who will will share in the promotional work of the band. New bands don't get paid much in their first couple years, and what little we make will be reinvested in the band for videos, merch, etc. I am looking for: 1. Good musicians. Dedicated semi-professionals or serious amateurs who are good at their instruments, and conduct themselves like professionals. 2. Musicians who love my music and will love playing it live and promoting our gigs.
