Learn to flip houses! I have an immediate opening for a skilled and reliable worker. If you are the type of person that loves to fix a broken home, this position may be for you. You will work on a variety of construction projects including remodeling homes. This will include drywall repair, framing, plumbing, electrical, roofing, concrete, flooring, cabinetry, trim carpentry, painting, HVAC, etc... The ideal candidate has some construction experience, but I am willing to train the right person.I need someone between 30-40 hours/week and this is a 1099 position. Duties and Responsibilities Consult team leaders on plans for the day Follow instructions and use tools and equipment to complete daily tasks Adhere to all health and safety regulations when operating equipment Complete all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner Provide assistance as needed Keep job site clean Ensure equipment and tools are organized and stored properly Requirements and Qualifications High school degree or equivalent; vocational school or trade apprenticeships a plus Must have driver’s license and vehicle; a truck is a plus Ability to follow instructions Some experience in construction preferred Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 70 pounds up and down stairs Able to work independently or as an active member of a team Excellent communication skills Compensation $15-25 Depending on experience All positions 1099 employees Opportunity to grow with company Opportunity for achievable raises To Apply Email your resume and/or qualifications Seperate from the Resume, tell me about yourself.
