Rick's is hiring for Apprentices, Leaders, and Production Managers at our Hillsboro location. Position depends on experience level! Apprentice starting wage is minimum $19/hour guaranteed and includes on the job training if you are new to construction. Potential to earn $25/hour and up after training period. Crew Leaders are experienced in construction and management and will start at minimum $22/hour, with most experienced leaders making $35/hour or more, 5-6 days per week! Crew Production Managers oversee multiple crews and must be experienced in construction and management. Wages depend on experience, with commissions and bonuses available! Whether you’re seasoned in carpentry and construction, or looking for an entry-level position, we’re seeking motivated, hard-working self-starters to join the Rick’s Custom Fencing & Decking team. All employees must be · 18 years or older · Have a satisfactory driving record. · Construction or carpentry experience is helpful, but not necessary for a builder position. Our Ideal Candidate is: · Well-organized · Effectively manages time and priorities · Has a strong attention to detail and pride in their work · Has excellent written and verbal communication skills · Has an aptitude for problem solving All required tools and a truck will be provided.
