Rabbit Hutch/Chicken Coop

I have a two story wooden rabbit hutch I got intending to use for one of my rabbits. I have rehomed the rabbit and no longer need this hutch. It was previously used as a chicken coop and I have slowly been working on trying to clean it, but haven't done as much due to being pregnant. It is in good condition other than a little rot on one side of the roof (right, you can see a little bubbling of the roof paper). It would be an easy fix if you want to take the time or leave as is. I am asking for $100 OBO. I want it gone, so if seriously interested please contact me and make an offer. It is up to the purchaser to haul it and clean it before use. It can be taken apart for transport, but it is currently assembled.
