Experienced residential worker - 16-20 hrs. a week

We're looking for a part-time (16-20 hours per week) experienced residential construction worker who can help us make daily repairs and improvements/renovations to our home. The required skills include painting doors & trim, lighting installations, minor plumbing, cabinet door staining/finishing and other jobs or maintenance. Will include larger projects depending on your abilities. You can work weekdays or a combination of weekdays and weekends but must agree to a weekly schedule that you can keep. References needed. Basic power tools required. Offering $15 dollars an hour, which I will increase to $20 and hour if you show up as agreed, have the needed skills, and stand behind the quality of your work within the first two weeks. You must also have the means and circumstances to get to the worksite on-time and stay as long as agreed. We also have a rental home that needs substantial work, but that will depend on your skills and desire to work on a longer-term basis. You will be paid daily for routine jobs or at stages of completion for larger jobs as negotiated between you & me prior to starting the specific project. Payment will be via Venmo. Need to start the week of 28th. Texts preferred. I will respond and set up a phone call.
