In need of a new assistant: · you must be a professional (college students welcome) and ready to jump into projects (filing papers, painting, errands, light cleaning of workspaces, driving, light computer work/social media) · you must live WITHIN/CLOSE to Lakeview East (60657) as occasional/spontaneous and easy issues arise (applicants greater than a couple miles from the Belmont red line stop will not be considered) · the job occasionally requires climbing ladders, painting walls, carrying moderately weighted objects to/from projects ON OCCASION (this level of physical work is NOT daily or continuous) · you must have a valid IL driver's license · applicants with a recent PHOTO will receive priority and EVERYONE is encouraged to apply; there is not a specific "type" being sought and anyone can be trained in these easy tasks This is an easy position working with a landlord/businessman who has multiple offices and properties, but not that many! Most of the work is on the north side of Chicago. The work is low pressure and hours are limited to 5-15 per week depending on projects.
