Transport Sea Kayak to California

I purchased a 17 foot fiberglass sea kayak from an individual in Portland and I am looking for a kayaker with racks and experience loading, securing and transporting a sea kayak to drive it to one of the following depending on price, 1) Moss Landing, CA 95039 (furthest), 2) any place in CA on the way to Moss Landing, or 3) OR-CA border or Ashland, OR (shortest). Will negotiate rate. Want kayak delivered by July 14, or so.
