Landmark Holiday Beach is looking for a Maintenance Tech! 16709 Front Beach Road, Panama City Beach Phone: (850) 233-1500 ext. 7600 Contact David-Supervisor This is a full-time, year-round position! Additional items included with the position include; all tools needed, uniforms, PPE, gloves, and other protective equipment, skill training, safety training, and to maintain any license you may have or acquire, Landmark will pay for all future training and license cost. Maintenance Techs are responsible for completing maintenance and repair work at the property that includes maintaining and repairing items and areas within the condos and the common area. Skills required for the open positions vary and may be discussed with the hiring supervisor during the interview. Ongoing training, safety awareness, and current licenses will be maintained by Landmark. * Must maintain a valid state issued driver’s license. *Must pass a background check. * 1-2 years of prior maintenance experience preferred. * Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, painting, HVAC, masonry, and carpentry. * Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
