Musical interests: catchy guitar oriented indie-rock, big drums, the 80/90s DC scene, power-pop, 90s midwestern “Emo”, a little dub, jazz and ambient sprinkled in for flavor. Looking for a bassist with a good ear, creative open mind, and chops who can find the pocket and lock with the rhythm section. We are a guitarist/singer/songwriter and a drummer. Both with many years of prior experience gigging, touring, recording in a number of different band formats and musical styles. Pro-gear/pro-attitude. After a long hiatus we’re interested in “getting back in the saddle” and starting up a new project. Happy to share examples of prior bands/music upon request.
