Need Experienced Concrete Block Mason For Small Job

Seeking an experienced concrete block mason to perform a small job installing/laying nine concrete blocks in a 2' by 4' opening in a preexisting foundation wall (see photos). Must have all the proper tools and supplies for the job. The concrete blocks have already been purchased by the homeowner. Some irregularities are involved (a very small jutting part of the existing block wall will need to be removed or knocked off [see lower right corner of opening in photos]), and will require discussion on the phone. (Other irregularities will be handled by the owner after the job is performed.
