2.5 year old Lab/Shepard

I have a 2.5 year old lab/Shepard that is fixed. I am looking for a home for her as I cannot keep here where I live. She deserves more space, dogs to play with, and freedom to get plenty of exercise. Carly is a healthy dog with no health issues. A few facts about Carly: She loves to cuddle. She is about 90lbs roughly. She needs plenty of space to run around. She does need to be on a leash as she likes to chase cats and squirrels. She is not food aggressive. She is a wonderful guard dog. She does take a flea and tick preventative currently. She does not like her nails clipped - but she does not growl or bite over it. She simply takes her paws away repeatedly. She does not enjoy being left alone as she gets very bored and likes to get into trash or chew random things up. She does enjoy playing with other dogs. She is very well potty trained. She will tear up a dog bed and prefers to sleep on the couch, bed, or floor. She absolutely loves SNOW. Things that Carly comes with include a muzzle (My own preference, not because she is aggressive) a leash, potty bags, food bowls, a toy, flea medication.
