Warning you about A man and his few men stealing cats

( below last pic. the man hook our fence ), That he stole our cats about 8 times. I catch him few times. he said He want to beat cats. he is serious. I will tell you more, He kill our kitty, I have film. Animal Control accused me for not report quick. I am so mad at Animal Control for excuses. Also I told them about next Rv that He still chased our cats and trap our cats. They said that is not their problem. said we need to keep cats inside. that is not fair to them because He do not use his dog with leash. he let hisdogs free. and force us to build fences to keep cats inside. but cats can climb with their long nails. and i saw few holes on our fence that he cut to make holes and stings too. ( we works very hard to build) He mocks us. I will tell you more. i tried to explains to our lawyers. but they seems believe the man instead us. that is not fair.. But after He success to make me pay him $600 because He film on me that I break his camera, He laugh that he know he will win. I told Lawyer that i was soangry at him for keep stealing our cats and he did kill one of our cat. I have film lawyer nit want to believe me. but he won then he moved out last May 2019. But lately in Aug 4, 2019 our siamses cat disappeaed around 9 pm. That day on same date, my friend neighbor saw that man who visit other guy till late night around 930pm he left. he use differnet truck. we suspect he stole our cat. we keep post missing cat on some trees near our home. we catch 3 guys who removed our post. our manager said some people complains that i put post on trees. which are not their yard. I came to show films to manager. He said i must not put post. he changes mind.. because of 3 men who removed and make manager to accept their complains… But most of our neighbirs said 3 mens are evils…. and like games same as the man but he moved out. he still visit them… now about 3 cats missing they are males cats in rv parking!
