General Purpose of the Job: Perform field service in the Metropolitan New York Area and repairs on commercial food service equipment. Job Requirements: Requires knowledge of service and repair techniques involving diagnosing and correcting malfunctions of most equipment. English speaking and a valid driver's license a must. General Duties: • Problem diagnosis including electrical/mechanical troubleshooting. Must be able to be innovative and use common sense to remedy a situation so the customer may resume operations • Inspecting, adjusting, calibrating, lubricating, repairing and testing of most equipment • Maintain frequent contact with the office to receive service assignments and review service problems with supervisor or manager • Responsible for inventory and a professional appearance of service vehicle • Satisfactorily complete factory schools and audio/visual field training as required • Work overtime if needed and when on call • Comply with all service policies and procedures of the company and its customers • Maintain personal image to meet or exceed company standards Please attach resume/references along with inquires. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $48,000.00 - $99,000.00 per year COVID-19 considerations: PPE must be worn at all times.
