Redoing/renovating a small house, approx 500 sq feet. Will need kitchen install (cabinets, counter, light fix, sink, d/w)and bathroom install, (sink and counter, tub/shower, new window, light), bedroom needs can lights and in wall air conditioner hole cut and installed, deck will need to be slightly enlarged, house will need flooring, wall/ceiling texturing and interior painting, probably a few other things as well. Seeking experienced person with references. Job can be bid or time and materials.
