Survey is looking for a hard-working, reliable, self-motivated individual to join the company as a Retail Merchandiser. As a Retail Merchandiser, you will drive from store to store within 30 to 40 mile radius territory in the area of Kihei, HI, Kahului, HI, Wailuku, HI and Lahaina Maui, HI and complete audits and restocking following an updated planogram. You will use Survey's app to document your work and will have a team lead that provides your schedule. Planogram experience is a must. The hours are provided by the client based on the store needs and you will audit and restock multiple stores per week. The pay is $15 dollars per hour with $0.20c a mile driven between stores. The project starts immediately and will last until all the stores are completed, however after the projects ends you will have plenty of other opportunities through our Survey Merchandiser App. This job requires a good deal of driving so you must have a car and valid driver's license and the ability to lift up to 45 pounds consistently. Apply today and join us! What You’ll Do: As a Retail Merchandiser, you will visit your assigned stores and complete various tasks for our client. Typical tasks include: - Entering information about product availability, pricing, shelf position, and facings for certain products. - Stocking shelves / updating shelf layouts by following a planogram (shelf schematic). - Setting up and maintaining promotional shelves, racks, and other displays. - Adding sticker or other promotional materials to items. - Rotating products, facing items, and organizing product displays. - Re-tagging products. Pay and Getting Paid: - Pay is $15/hr, paid by OpenForce via the Survey Merchandiser App. - $0.20 cents per mile driven between stores. Skills Required: - Ability to communicate effectively with store managers and other personnel. - Ability to work efficiently and complete all tasks thoroughly. - Ability to work on your feet (standing, stooping, crouching, etc) for extended periods. - Ability to lift up to 40-50 lbs. - Ability to read and follow shelf schematics. POG experience is required. - Ability to travel to multiple locations throughout your territory. Here are the additional requirements and nice-to-haves: - Must have an Android or iOS device that can run the Survey Merchandiser app. - Must be 21 years of age or older. - Strong self management skills. - Access to reliable transportation. - Must have a valid drivers license. - Must be comfortable interacting with store managers / personnel. - One year previous merchandising or auditing experience is helpful.
