Immediate opening for maintenance worker experienced in the community association industry located in the beautiful Ko Olina Resort. The maintenance worker performs general maintenance, repair, and some janitorial work within the community association property. General knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, painting, landscaping, pool maintenance and the ability to enforce the association house rules. The ideal candidate is friendly and courteous, has four years in general maintenance, and is a high school graduate. Job Type: Full-time Pay: Competitive pay with comprehensive benefit package. Schedule: Must be able to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and some holidays. Experience: 2 years minimum (Preferred).
