In this camp, bakers will learn how to make traditional French (and one Italian) desserts!
These hot desserts have one thing in common - they all start from a hot or cooked custard!
We’ll make the following hot custards:
- Creme brûlée (brûlée topped with peach slices)
- Panna cotta (burnt fig leaf flavored custard)
- Traditional creme caramel
