Gebsco Realty Corp., a growing Eastern Massachusetts Family owned Commercial, Residential and Development Real Estate Firm has an immediate opening for a full time experienced Maintenance Technician. Gebsco's Properties range from office, retail strip centers and medical buildings to residential luxury apartment buildings. Buildings are located in Dorchester, Quincy, Norwood, Littleton, and Sudbury MA, and in Providence RI. Responsibilities and Duties: • Ensure that service requests are executed in a timely and a cost-effective manner. • Maintain open communication with internal and external parties to complete work orders, to optimize efficiency and maximize quality. • Receive and respond to emergency maintenance requests during scheduled after-hour on-call shifts, Qualifications Qualified candidates must have the following experience: • 3+ years maintenance or related field • Basic appliance repair • HVAC (as allowed by law without EPA certification) • Basic plumbing • Basic electrical (when no license is required) • Drywall • General carpentry • Roofs and gutters • Painting • Foundation/sidewalk Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent • Valid driver's license and/or access to reliable transportation. • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and on-call responsibilities • Basic computer knowledge • Fully vaccinated for COVID Offering competitive pay based on experience.
