Teen Art Event Create your very own abstract work of art using magazine photos, fabric, ribbons, markers, acrylic and watercolor paint. Students will learn about composition and color theory. Hosted by Northwest Art Center The Empower Youth Network inspires and promotes youth to lead safe, healthy, and successful lives. Healthy youth and families are a priority for the Empower Youth Network, and youth suicide and substance abuse prevention are two of our highest priorities.
