Teen Art Event Paint a starry night sky inside a woodland animal of your choice. Many background colors will be available. Students will learn brush techniques, blending, and much more. Hosted by Northwest Art Center The Empower Youth Network inspires and promotes youth to lead safe, healthy, and successful lives. Healthy youth and families are a priority for the Empower Youth Network, and youth suicide and substance abuse prevention are two of our highest priorities.
