Job description
Job Functions:
· Maintain accounts for job recruiting websites and screen all incoming applicants via web applications and in-person applications
· Arrange interviews for all departments for requested new hires
· Complete all new-hire paperwork, verification of employment, time clock enrollment, and benefits enrollment
· Maintain employee records in an organized, lawful, and secure manner
· Reception duties including, but not limited to answering the main phone line, greeting all visitors, and following proper sign-in procedures for visitors
· Provide Good Manufacturing Practices training to all new-hires
· Assist as needed with any department-specific projects as assigned by Director of HR
· Act as assistant to the Director of HR and field all inquiries and requests for meetings with the Director of HR
· Attend weekly department meetings and act as minute-taker for all meetings that are attended
· Create content for employee trainings
· Provide employee trainings as necessary for varying departments

Requirements:
· Neat and groomed appearance and pleasant, outgoing disposition
· Ability to multitask
· Ability to perform under pressure and to keep calm in the face of adversity or tension
· Comfortable speaking in front of a crowd
· Strong written and oral communication skills
· Strong conflict resolution skills
· Knowledge of online recruitment systems such as Craigslist, Handshake and Indeed
· Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
· Familiarity with GMP and Food Safety guidelines preferred
· College degree preferred
· Fluent in English; multilingual strongly preferred
· Basic math skills
· Knowledge of Human Resources skills and of new-hire paperwork including I-9, W-4, and E-verify procedures
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
