Jump into the Fourth of July weekend with this patriotic themed, cookie decorating class offered by Countryside Confections LLC! What better way to jump into the holiday weekend than having fun making beautiful, delicious Fourth of July goodies! Your uniquely decorated cookies will be the hit of your Fourth of July celebration! This class is taught by Daniela Stephanz Anderson, artist and owner of Countryside Confections LLC, artisan bakery and cake studio located in Middleburg. Daniela is known for her artistic, hand painted cookies and cakes and she can’t wait to help you create mini masterpieces to wow your family and friends! Class includes the use of all tools and materials plus a dozen iced cookies in a variety of shapes for you to take home. Let your creative juices flow and be inspired by the art all around you in our chosen venue, professional working artist studio, Bunting and Nadler Gallery in Marshall, VA! Learn how to use food gels to paint your cookies using watercolor style techniques! Students may choose to paint the offered designs or channel their inner artist and create a totally unique set of cookies! Cookies are such a fun, edible canvas ! Because we are handling and working with food in an indoor setting, masks are mandatory. A temperature check will be conducted as participants arrive. If you have a temperature of 100F or higher, you will be asked to go home, but will receive credit towards a future class. If you cancel 5 day or more prior to the class date, you will be refunded the class fee minus the Eventbrite fee, which is non refundable. If you get sick within 5 days of the clsss date and contact us to let us know you cannot attend, a credit will be issued towards a future class. If you do not contact us within 5 days of the clsss and don’t show up without any communication, no refund or credit will be issued. Cancellations must be made in writing to [email protected]. Kids under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Since we have a limit of 10 people total in our space, every person in attendance must sign up for the class.
