Kundalini Yoga is a powerful form of yoga that provides deep healing by releasing stuck energy from the subtle body. CLASS DESCRIPTION Kundalini yoga promotes our spiritual journey because it is the yoga of subtle energy. The poses, called Kriya, are designed to move energy through our chakras, so we feel a flow of energy throughout the body and bring upon a lightness of being. Many spiritualists on their journeys are focused on their connection through the upper chakras to increase intuition and open their 3rd eye. When we intend flow and abundance, we need to also focus on grounding and stabilizing our lower Chakras, especially our sacral for flow and abundance. In this class, we will awaken our flow and abundance through movement of the subtle energies, particularly the lower chakras. Cyndi uses Kundalini Yoga to keep her body flexible, calm her nervous system, diminish brain fog, improve digestion and liver function, and increase her intuitive connection. Cyndi Stewart, PhD, is an Akashic Records Healer, Practitioner, and Trainer and teaches Nutritional Alchemy & Yoga. We do turn folks away at the door that did not pre-register to reserve their spot. If you want a guaranteed spot, you MUST register in advance - even for free events. Regardless of when or where you marked yourself as going, attendees with confirmed registration information will be given seat priority. COVID SAFETY GUIDELINES Until the state-level restrictions are lifted, all teachers and students must wear masks while in the center. There are hand sanitizing sprays in each room. Socially distancing will be in effect in the classrooms and we are limiting each event to only 8 people for safety purposes. PARKING & BUILDING ACCESS FREE PARKING at the Little Creek Office Building & across the street by Olde Steel Antique Guns. Enter the building on the second floor. Go up the outside stairs (right or left side of the building) on the front of the Little Creek office building.
