Former Chairman of the National Endowment for Democracy and former U.S. Director of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, she has testified before the U.S. Senate Banking Committee, Senate Foreign Relations, House Banking, House Foreign Affairs, and the Joint Economic Committee.
