Need property manager for 2 duplexes

I have 2 duplexes in Belleville, Illinois and need a manager. I need an experienced manager to do all the typical management responsibilities (and preferably someone who can also at least do minor repairs themselves, and has access to competent and good priced repair people too). I will pay 8% of gross income on 2 of the apartments and 5% on the other two who have long term renters who always pay their rent on time, on line, and cause no problems. I will be getting a renter for one of the apartments that we are staying in soon and I'm trying to get one of the renters out (and already have someone wanting to rent it).
