Monarch Investment is seeking an experienced Housekeeper to join our team at The Villages at General Grant, a fantastic 550-Unit apartment community located in South County, St. Louis. We are paying up to $15.00 per hour (depending on experience) plus a fantastic bonus structure, along with a very robust benefits package…. not to mention an amazing company culture. Housekeepers are responsible for cleaning and maintaining the appearance of property models, amenities, vacant units and public access areas. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: • Responsible for cleaning all vacant apartments for new occupant • Responsible for daily trash removal and cleaning of all public access and interior areas • Responsible for care, maintenance and inventory of all cleaning supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company related to housekeeping Knowledge, Skills and Experience required: • 6+ months experience in professional cleaning preferred • Must be detailed oriented • Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Skilled problem-solving ability • Excellent communication skills • An unmatched dedication to customer service What Sets Us Apart: • Competitive pay (Up to $15.00/Hr.
