It creates a little lift that helps decompress the fascia and moves lymph fluid. It's used for support and to relieve pain in muscles, joints and ligaments. It reduces swelling, increases mobility and enhances recovery. I will talk about how to use kinesiology tape. Then I will try it on one are and then let you try it on one area. Make sure you wear something that allows me to reach the areas easily. I will also have some rolls of tape (rocktape brand) to buy if you are interested for $20 a roll. In this class you will be on the floor for most of the class, so plan accordingly. This class costs $50.
