FOOD VENDORS must email [email protected] - DO NOT REGISTER ON THIS SITE FAQs Are there "early bird" discounts? Yes, the sooner you register the better the discount. Check out the price list here. Is there a deadline to make a purchase? Yes, the deadline is MAY 29, 2020 at 10:00 PM MST. Can I share my booth? No, only one Company / Organization per booth. What do I get with my exhibitor booth? All booths are covered shade structures with one 8' table and two chairs, one PrideFest parking pass and two PrideFest access passes for Saturday. There are no walls and at least one side of the booth will be open for public access. What if I need additional items? You will have an opportunity to rent additional tables, chairs and sidewalls and to purchase additional access passes and parking passes. Is electricity available? Yes, but it is limited and is an additional charge. You will have an opportunity to purchase during the registration process. Is there overnight security on Friday? Yes, the event is fenced in. Additionally, the grounds are patroled by security throughout the night. Is there "In and Out" Privileges? Yes, each booth will receive 1 parking pass and 2 access passes. Access passes are needed ONLY ON SATURDAY. You have an opportunity to purchase additional access passes and parking passes that also give you "In and Out" Privileges. What is the difference between "Standard", "Premium", "Corner" booths? All our locations receive visibility and foot traffic and we have plenty of "Standard" booths throughout the event. "Premium" booths are located at places where there is additional foot traffic. "Premium" booths are located toward the event entrance and exit and at the intersection of "Main Street" and the entrance wall-way. Booths have one side for public exposure. "Corner" booths give you an additional side of exposure to the public. Can I pick my booth location? No, however, you will be given to opportunity to make a request for a location and we will attempt to accommodate your request. Is there a specially priced booth for non-profit and grassroots organization? Yes, these are small booths that share a very large covered space with other organizations. These booths CANNOT sell anything during the PrideFest event. Do we need general liability insurance? Yes, you will need to provide a certificate of insurance listing Albuquerque Pride, Inc. as additional insured. You can easily purchase event insurance, just click here. What is the refund policy? IMPORTANT DATES AND TIMES: Setup: Friday, June 12th from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM (DRIVING PERMITTED) and Saturday, June 13th from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM (NO DRIVING PERMITTED) Ticket+Pass Distribution: Sunday, May 31st from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM, Thursday, June 4th from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Albuquerque Pride office and Friday, June 12th from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM at Expo New Mexico. Event Gates Open: Friday, June 12th from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM and Saturday, June 13th from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM (NO DRIVING DURING THESE TIMES) Parade: The parade will enter the PrideFest event on Saturday, June 13th at approximately 11:00 AM Teardown: Teardown will start on Saturday, June 13th at 7:00 PM (DRIVING PERMITTED)
