We are looking to fill four key positions in our Eastern Region and will be actively interviewing on the spot for immediate job openings! We are hiring at the following Pennsylvania locations: Philadelphia, Bucks County, Chester County, Montgomery County and the State of Delaware Positions Seeking to Fill: Substance Abuse Counselors, Licensed Practical Nurses, Registered Nurses and Program Directors. We are offering Sign-On Bonus! We provide Competitive Compensation and Benefits Package with Free and Low-Cost Benefits. Benefits are effective the 1st of the month after 30 days of employment! Description of Positions: Substance Abuse Counselor: Must possess degree with proven relevant clinical experience. Must possess a professional license through DOS or be credentialed through Pennsylvania Certification Board at the time of hire or be working toward licensure/certification with a completion date of no longer than three years after date of hire. If hired before July 1, 2021, applicants must possess at minimum, an Associate’s Degree with two years’ clinical experience; or Bachelor’s degree with one-year clinical experience. If hired after July 1, 2021, applicants must hold a professional license through DOS or be credentialed through the PCB at the time of hire or being working toward a licensure or certification with a completion date of no longer than 3 years after date of hire. Clinical Supervisor: Must possess, at minimum, a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college, and at least 3 years of clinical experience in a health or human service agency which includes 1 year of working directly with individuals with substance use disorder or a Master’s degree from an accredited college with a major in addiction counseling, psychology, social work, counseling, nursing (with a clinical specialty in administration or human services) or other related field and 2 years of clinical experience in a health or human service agency which includes 1 year of working directly with individuals with substance use disorder, and must have a clinical license (if hired after 7/1/2021) through the Department of State or be certified as a Certified Clinical Supervisor through the PCB or must be working toward licensure or certification with a completion date of 7/1/24 or no later than 3 years of hire date. Must also complete department-approved core curriculum training which includes clinical supervision skills. Program Director: Must possess a degree from an accredited college or university and at least two years of experience, including one year of supervisory experience with specialized training in areas such as women and children, mental health, criminal justice, HIV/Aids, etc. Must hold a degree from an accredited college or university with a major in medicine, psychology or social work. Registered Nurse: Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with at least one year of experience. Must possess a current RN license in good standing and have a valid CPR certification. Experience in addictions, mental health or related specialty is a plus! Licensed Practical Nurse: Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Practical Nursing. Must have a valid and in good standing LPN license and have a valid CPR certification with at least two year’s of experience. WHO WE ARE: Gaudenzia operates over 151 drug and alcohol treatment programs for men and women in Pennsylvania, Maryland and Delaware. Services includes housing, prevention and specialty programs for pregnant and parenting mothers, adolescents, and people suffering from co-occurring mental illness and substance abuse.
