Assemble a pergola

We bought a pergola from Lowe's and need at least 2 people to assemble it. It's in a box, in the driveway and the pieces will need to be moved to a site near the pool (100 ft away) and assembled on the deck. This will take at least 2 people as the roof is heavy and can't be put together and lifted by 1 person. We've had some trouble with previous gigs we've hired out on craigslist, so I just want to make sure it is clear that this will be paid in full (cash) only after it is completely assembled and not broken in anyway. We will not pay for partial jobs.
