After losing 84 pounds and transforming his mind and body, Brandon set out to help others do the same. Over the past decade, Brandon has touched the lives of over 3,000 individuals of all ages, by helping them achieve their individual health goals using sustainable, science-based methods and avoiding the typical yo-yo diets. He is the owner of Fire Within Nutrition and Fitness, and he hopes to inspire others to live more healthy, fulfilling lives, whether they are a late teen, an early centurion or anyone in between.     A voice for engaged citizens and business owners in Downtown Cary.
