A weekend of all things Satchmo kicks off Friday night with the official Launch Party of Satchmo SummerFest! Friday night we celebrate and groove with New Orleans Jazz All Star Line Up and the debut of the custom curated Life of Louis Armstrong Art exhibit. The fun doesn't stop there. Cointinue the weekend with our immersive Satchmo Tribute Brunch experience. The Life of Louis will be told through an inneractive collaboartion of New Orleans Musicians, Satchmo Expert Ricky Riccardi and Polanco Jones Jr of The New Orleans Jazz Museum. As Satchmo said himself “To jazz, or not to jazz, there is no question!”. Enjoy a step back in time as we relish in the sounds and history of Louis Armstrong while exploring the latest Life of Louis Armstrong exhibit curated by Polanco Jones Jr of The New Orleans Jazz Museum. With features from many New Orleans Jazz Greats, the Players Ella and Louie Tribute Band revive the timeless era of Ella Fitzgerald and Louis Armstrong.
