You and your family are invited to join the Boutique Recruiting team at the world-class Del Mar Racetrack. Place your winning bets and be seen with your fabulous race day couture by California's most spirited partygoers! The event will take place in the Native Diver Room at the Del Mar Racetrack, located at the Del Mar Fairgrounds, 2260 Jimmy Durante Blvd, Del Mar, CA 92014Admission gates open at 12:30 PM and the last post time for the final race is between 6 - 7 PM. Buffet Lunch will be served from 2 PM to 4 PM; beverages will be served the entire day.WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW Who is Invited: We look forward to this family event where your kids and significant other are welcome to join the fun! Tickets: Your ticket will be distributed to you in the Boutique Recruiting office in advance - prior to your onsite arrival. Will call windows are not available. Safely store your tickets to be easily retrieved the day of the event. Take a photo/digital snapshot of your ticket including the bar code to be used to gain entry and as a back up. All attendees including kids must show their ticket in order to gain access to the property. Parking Passes In your RSVP, you will have the opportunity to indicate if you need a parking pass. They will be ordered and distributed with your tickets. What does Open House style mean: The event is Open House style, meaning that you can arrive and stay as long as you like. Where is the Native Diver Room located: The Native Diver room is a private sky room located on the sixth level, perfectly located to see it all! It is airconditioned with multiple close circuit TVs to watch the race close up. The room is exclusive with a private walk-up betting concierge and Boutique Recruiting only beverage bars. Attire: Traditionally, women who attend organized horse racing, wear their most extravagant hats as a way for women to set themselves apart. Let's celebrate this tradition and dress for the occasion! What can the kids do: The private room will have ample room for the kids. Feel free to come and go from the and enjoy the property. Parents are encouraged to take the kids down to the paddock to see the jocky mount the horses and watch the exciting finish line close up. They can also peruse the gift shop for souvenirs and get goodies from the concession stand. Other: Additional restaurant & concession purchases are cashless transactions only Acceptable forms of payment include Debit and Credit Cards.
