This class consists of the following: • a review of the RE Contract forms as of 2021 & the Standard Terms • a discussion of the appropriate forms to use based on the contractual situation • a discussion of the various forms available for agents to use in various contractual situations • a discussion of the general rules / guidelines / practices / requirements for proper completion of contracts and Agreements on behalf of Buyers and Sellers • a discussion of the handling of Earnest Money and the disbursement of earnest money upon termination of a contract • a discussion of the major differences between the RE forms vs. the 2021 GAR forms Dana Sparks: [email protected] Georgia Real Estate Academy (GREC School #6915) offers this course for CE credit.
