You'll experience being taken back in time with the greatest Funk/Soul/R&B hits using his own style and technique to present day including his Have U Forever album hits. This is why those in the music industry across the states and abroad have dubbed JC "The New King of Funk now known as Jewels King Of Funk". His entire family was always involved in the community whether it was at church, school or home. His Mother and father both were gifted singers in their hometown church choir where his roots and love for Music were firmly established. These factors inevitably became the essence and vision of what Jewels is about today, an extraordinary artist, vocalist and musician. He thrives on the world seeing and hearing his gift and then seeing HIM. Jewels is a dedicated respected artist driven to succeed with music from his heart. Jewels first love is the Bass Guitar, but has proven his proficiency as a Vocalist, Drummer, Keyboardist, Writer, Arranger, Composer, and Producer.... A True Artist, In over Fifteen Years of Entertaining he's toured and performed with Iconic Groups and Artists such as: The Gap Band, Roger Troutman, Teena Marie, Bootsy Collins, Gladys Knight, Charlie Wilson, a good friend of many years, Freddie Jackson, Tech9, Rome, Chi Lites, just to name a few. As a studio musician Jewels has laid down bass tracks for artists such as: TUPAC and SHAQ. He has produced two motion picture soundtracks: Pharcyde's "Can't Stop the Music" from the movie Mr. Good Burger, and "Taste" from The Sixth Man. JC is currently touring while working on his next album 100.
