grading and trenching in Hollister ASAP

I have a job for someone with a small tractor or bobcat. I have about 1/4 acre pasture that needs to be graded. The space is next to a recent construction and so it needs to be scraped and cleaned up. It is already free of weeds and debris, there is not a lot of material to move. The space is easy and open to access. I dont think any material needs to be hauled away. ALSO - I need a small trench dug - 18 inches deep for a gas line. I think its less than 20 ft long total. I'm thinking a small backhoe (the space is a little hard to get at since the tank got delivered) or a walk behind trencher? I can send pictures to you if you are interested - sorry cant add them now cause it is dark. THIS WORK NEEDS TO BE DONE ASAP THIS WEEKEND. IDEALLY TOMORROW, WHICH IS SATURDAY OR SUNDAY AT THE LATEST. I think this would be a pretty quick job - a few hours max. Let me know if you are interested, that you do it ASAP and tell me about your equipment and how much you think it might cost assuming it is less than 1/2 day work. I can send you pics tomorrow.
