MARLBOROUGH, MA — A local coronavirus vaccine site will close at the end of June, according to UMass Memorial Health. The Marlborough Hospital vaccine site at the Courtyard Marriott along Felton Street opened in March. UMass Memorial Health has said the site will close by June 30. Large vaccine sites across the state are closing this month, including the nearby supersite at the Natick Mall. The state has hit important vaccination milestones, including Gov. Charlie Baker's goal of vaccinating 4.1 million residents — that happened on Tuesday. The Marlborough Hospital vaccine site along Felton Street is open Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., and Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The clinic is accepting walk-ins, but residents can also make an appointment. As of June 21, about 57 percent of Marlborough residents had been fully vaccinated, according to the health department.
