We are once again offering a self defense clinic to our community. Led by Ron Zwolak, certified black belt instructor and former professional fighter, this 2 hour workshop at Charm City Run Frederick will leave you feeling empowered and give you the practical tools and techniques you to protect yourself. Topics will include: AwarenessKey Striking & Target AreasPreparationEscape & Avoidance TechniquesAnxiety ControlDiffusing Aggressive SituationsThis workshop is limited to 20 spots and we expect it to fill quickly so please register to reserve your spot. The cost of the workshop is $20. Weather permitting, we will hold the workshop outside so please dress comfortably for the weather. In the event of inclement weather, we will move the workshop to inside the store.
