Join us for a wine and cheese party! We are so excited to have Jessica and Alanna (a classical string duet) back at Trail Stop for our second Wine & Cheese party! Sit back, relax, and enjoy your choice of (3) wine tastings and an individual meat & cheese plate. Music will take place from 6-8pm. About our entertainment: Jessica Bouma is the orchestra director at Willowcreek Middle School in Portage. She graduated from the IU Jacobs School of Music in 2015 with degrees in music education and violin performance. Jessica lives a life dedicated to serving the northwest Indiana region through performing and teaching music. Alanna Mossell is the principal violist of the LaPorte County Symphony Orchestra. She served as the Interim Director of Orchestras at Portage High School and will be attending graduate school this upcoming fall at IU Jacobs School of Music. Alanna is eager to bring string music back to this venue at Portage Lakefront! Jessica and Alanna have been performing together for a decade this year! Their hope is to bring some color and calm into your experience at Portage Lakefront through their music. Enjoy! Each ticket will get you (3) 4oz pours of wine and a cheese plate with a variety of different delicious cheese (and maybe a little meat for those that desire it). All featured wines will be on special that evening for $5/glass. Dig the Dunes is a social media platform that uncovers all the secrets of the dunes!
