Homes First, a nonprofit low-income housing provider in Lacey, WA is seeking an enthusiastic person to provide skilled maintenance support in our Property Management department. Successful applicants will be passionate about housing low-income members of our community and willing to contribute to long term, stable, permanent rental housing. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in your community, while supporting our property management team. You will learn how our unique nonprofit housing organization makes it possible for people from a variety of demographics to have a safe and healthy home they can afford. You will work closely with our Property Manager and other key staff members on maintenance and repair of our 47 properties. This is a full-time (40 hours) hourly-paid non-exempt position. $16.12-$17.02 hourly starting rate. Retirement plan match, vacation, sick, family, and holiday leave included.
