Press release from the Loudoun County Government: June 25, 2021 Loudoun County announces there will be intermittent single-lane closures on north and southbound Evergreen Mills Road (Route 621) between Northstar Boulevard and Creighton Road for the next several weeks beginning Monday, June 28, 2021. The roadway construction is scheduled to take place between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. each weekday through the end of August 2021. Traffic will continue in a single lane throughout the construction area. The roadwork will alternate between north and southbound sections of Evergreen Mills Road.
