East Haven police logs, June 16 to June 22: June 16 Kaitlin Jeanne Tenner, 26, of East Haven, was charged with cruelty to animals and illegal release of a domestic animal. Christopher A. Marchitto, 44, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct. June 18 Jennifer Lynn Vallombroso, 44, of East Haven, was charged with violation of a protective order and disorderly conduct. June 20 Kathleen Torres, 28, of New Haven, was charged with having an unsupervised child under the age of 12 in a public place/motor vehicle. Brendan Goldman, 26, of East Haven, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol. June 22 Jeffrey Crewe, 46, of Hamden, was charged with second-degree threatening, second-degree strangulation, second-degree assault and disorderly conduct.
