We are seeking a Porter for a role at InterCoastal Financial, Inc.'s apartment complex located in Charlotte, NC. InterCoastal Financial, Inc. manages 240 units of conventional and affordable multifamily housing throughout the Unites States and Puerto Rico.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Walk the property on a daily basis and remove litter and debris from the grounds.
- Perform clean-out duties for vacated apartment units, including the removal of all abandoned furniture, trash, boxes, etc.
- Detail property on a regular basis, rake shrubs, shovel mud, when necessary.
- Check and replace exterior lighting when necessary.
- Clean and sweep dumpster areas and all outdoor recreational areas if necessary.
- Pressure wash sidewalks, driveways and parking areas as needed.
- Light maintenance duties as requested
- Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 2 years of porter experience at a multi-family housing complex is a plus
- Good written and verbal communication skills
