PAY LISTED IS STARTING PAY, INCREASES POSSIBLE AFTER LEARNING THE JOB DUTIES, REVIEW AT 90 DAYS Qualifications: US Citizenship or legal resident status required. Individual must be physically fit, as this is a labor intensive position. Position is a concrete helper casting precast retaining wall blocks. Position is at the Swannanoa plant site and apply in person for position. Physical Requirements: The individual will be required to remember and understand certain instructions, guidelines or other information.. Individual must be able to move frequently, stand, walk and sit. Individual must be able to regularly lift 75 lbs. and occasionally lift 100 lbs. Benefits: Carolina Ready Mix Inc has a full benefit package available after completion of a 90-day probation period. Benefits include 401K, paid vacation, paid holidays, overtime for anything over 40 hours, weekly pay, medical insurance after 60 days. Optional insurance available for short-term disability, life insurance. Hours: This is a full time position with hours depending upon requirements of the work load. Pay is subject to increase after probation period depending upon reliability, trustworthiness and job work performance. Advancement into other positions is also possible for the right candidate.
