Employment Solutions is currently seeking a general laborer to fill an opening at a manufacturing company located in the Denver Metro Area. The ideal candidates should be able to work outdoors and be willing to learn/train. Requirements of the general laborer: Posses a basic mechanical aptitude Able to work outside Able to lift up to 50lbs. regularly Able to stand on your feet for long periods of time Able to pass a drug screen Posses soft skills and can be reliable Have reliable transportation Willing to work in a team environment Equipment experience a HUGE PLUS but not required for all positions Must be authorized to work in the United States Benefits of the general laborer: Flexible Hours Weekly Pay Full Time Long-Term, Contract-to-Hire Early Check Program (with a fee) Referral Program (can earn up to 1,000 dollars by just referring your friends!) Health Insurance Responsibilities of the general laborer: Will assist in the unloading/intake of hardware that is being returned Once the hardware has been unloaded and inspected for damages, you will work either independently or with a co worker to clean and repairing any damaged hardware Will assist in placing hardware back into inventory for future rentals Perform other work-related duties as assigned by supervisor Show up with a positive and can do attitude
