We are looking for people with a great attitude, safe work practices, and enjoy working outdoors in a team-oriented environment. We are currently looking for an excellent Crew Leader. Duties include: · Efficiently leading a tree care crew of 3-4 people with set jobs scheduled for that day. · 3+ years of climbing experience. · Show up 15 minutes before start time to ensure equipment is ready and work orders are understood. · Identify any tree/shrub on work site that is quoted to be pruned or removed · Fully understand how trees/shrubs function and the biology behind them · Give direct orders to your crew so worksite is safe and efficient · Can problem solve any issues that may arise at the jobsite. · Able to communicate with customer and fully explain work to be done and why · Read directions thoroughly and understand each work order to the fullest · Can teach techniques and skills to other up and coming crew leaders/new employees -Can perform and teach ISA Pruning Standards -Comfortable removing small and large trees · Properly fill out paperwork at the end of every job. · ISA Certified Arborist a plus Following directions and paying attention to detail is very important in this position so please send you resume and follow up with a phone call the next business day.
