The goal is to connect someone experiencing homelessness with resources while removing active warrants, expunging past convictions, and providing other legal services that allow for a fresh start. He explains that the "city has been proactive" and code enforcement personnel are working to make sure older LB high rises are up to code. Nevertheless, he states, "collapses could happen anytime."
