We are looking for a retired or semi-retired live in on-site apartment assistant manager for part time general labor tasks. Work tasks include minor plumbing, minor electrical, cleaning, painting, repairs, yard work, showing apartments, helping with tenant management, and lockout service. The manager's apartment is a two bedroom, one bathroom townhouse (two story) with wood floors, available mid to late July. There is one reserved off-street manager's parking spot. The rent is $1100.00 per month, refundable security deposit is $2000.00. The main job is 26 apartments at the property, and 16 more at another property about one mile away. There may be some occasional help needed at another property that has 21 units. The job pays $15.00-$19.00 per hour, depending on experience and skills. Work hours vary from week to week but average 30-50 hours per month. Job work can begin immediately. References and experience required, must pass screening.
