Local environmental company has an immediate full-time opening for an overnight Site Maintenance Tech/Security Guard. Successful candidate will need to be a self starter, organized and able to work in an unsupervised environment. Primary responsibilities will include a series of nightly environmental/mechanical compliance inspections, site maintenance, fueling operations, nightly cleaning of the Office/Lab, and pressure washing/cleaning site vehicles/resource equipment. Site Tech will also be asked to perform various “small projects” as needed to maintain site integrity (painting, sample analysis, herbiciding, organization), as well as, a “basic computer knowledge” for filing daily field reports.
